Standard Towbars

The Standard Class 2 Towbar is mainly used for lighter towing applications of up to 1600kg.

These towbars have been carefully engineered to suit each particular make and model of motor vehicle as well as being designed for easy installation.

Generally the Standard Towbar is installed onto small to medium sized motor vehicles such as passenger cars and small SUVs.

The Standard Towbar is distinguished from the Class 2 and Class 3 towbars by the ‘Bolt On’ Trailer Ball Mount (TBM or Tongue).

These bolt on TBMs also provide a secure mounting point for other accessories such as bike racks and wheelchair carriers.
